Visual regions and visual pathways of the human brain

The image identifies the location of the striate cortex (V1), early occipital visual regions (V2, V3), and two parallel pathways. One that leads dorsally to the posterior parietal regions for the "where and visually-guided action" pathway and one that leads ventrally to posterior and inferior temporal regions for the "what" pathway.
