Perception model relevant to Bonnet syndrome (2)

A model of a perception process in the predictive processing framework in which a prediction is sent to the model of perception, which, in turn, passes down an expected perception that is contrasted with sensory input to generate a prediction error. This prediction error goes up to the perceptual model and, in turn, changes predictions about environmental states. (Source: Schmid FR, Kriegleder MF. Explanatory power by vagueness.
